Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products 100%.

All products are carefully inspected during order processing. 

We will honor refunds minus shipping costs, taxes and fees for unopened and unused cosmetics and accessories.  

Refunds will not be issued until the package is received and is proven to be unopened and unused with all tags and labels still attached to the merchandise. If the product has been used, or is not as expected, no refund will be issued. 

If an item has been lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to prove the item(s) was/were not received.  Please note, all orders are sent with signature confirmation and are carefully monitored. 

Signature Confirmation 

Signature confirmation is required to prevent issues with damaged or stolen merchandise claims. We do not ship packages without signature confirmation.
